HOW TO ORDER
From your idea
to your piece.
Behind T² are brothers Tyler and Tristyn. We make personalized prints for homes, gifts, and small businesses.

Choose your starting point.
Pick a custom design or a piece in Shop our Inventory. For a custom request, include the wording, colors, approximate size, quantity, and any date you have in mind.

Email us your details.
Use the brief builder below, then open the email draft and send it to t2printworks@gmail.com. For a logo or reference image, attach it to your email.

Agree on the order.
We’ll discuss what’s possible and confirm the design details, price, timing, payment arrangements, and pickup or shipping before work begins. Written design approval and full payment—or the agreed 50% bulk deposit—are required before printing. See our order policy. A brief or inquiry doesn’t reserve stock or start a print.
What’s the difference between custom designs and inventory?
Custom designs are starting points we can personalize for you. Shop our Inventory lists finished pieces currently available, including small batches and one-off projects. Design previews in the custom gallery don’t mean those items are in stock.
Can I request a name, logo, or different color?
Yes—include your preferred wording, colors, size, and quantity in your brief. Email any logo or reference image as an attachment. We’ll confirm which details and materials will work for the piece.
Can you make something that isn’t in the collection?
Send us your idea and a reference image if you have one. Describe what it will be used for and any important dimensions. We’ll discuss whether it can be designed and printed before agreeing on an order.
How much will my print cost?
Custom pricing depends on the size, material, design work, quantity, and any hardware needed. We’ll confirm the quote before work begins. Ready-made pieces show a price when one has been listed; pickup or shipping details are confirmed with the order.
How long will it take?
Standard custom orders typically take 3–7 business days after written design approval and payment. Bulk orders are quoted individually, and shipping transit time is additional. Tell us about your deadline when you inquire.
Do you offer pickup or shipping?
We offer free local pickup in West Lafayette, Indiana, by appointment, plus shipping. Shipping charges are confirmed before payment; the pickup address is shared when arranging your pickup.
Does clicking “Email order request” place an order?
It opens an order-request draft in your email app. Your order is confirmed after we agree on the details and payment. Review it, add any attachments, and press Send there. If your email app doesn’t open, copy the brief and paste it into an email to t2printworks@gmail.com. We’ll confirm the order details with you.
What should I know about a 3D-printed finish?
Printed pieces can have visible layer lines, and colors may look different between a screen and the finished item. The gallery currently shows design previews. We’ll discuss the material and intended use when confirming your piece.

Design approval
Before a custom order begins, we’ll send a design preview and confirm the exact spelling, colors, size, quantity, total price, any shipping charge, and expected completion time. Reply with written approval by email or message. Printing begins after approval and the required payment.
Payment
In-stock items are paid in full when ordering. Small custom orders are paid in full after design and price approval, before printing. For large or bulk custom orders, 50% is due after approval to begin printing, and the remaining 50% is due before pickup or shipping. Your quote will confirm which payment arrangement applies.
Turnaround
Standard custom orders are typically ready in 3–7 business days after written design approval and payment. Large or bulk orders have an individually agreed timeline. Shipping transit time is additional. We’ll confirm your expected completion time before you approve the order.
Pickup and shipping
Free local pickup is available in West Lafayette, Indiana, by appointment. We’ll notify you when your order is ready and provide the pickup address when arranging a time. Shipping is available, with the shipping charge confirmed before payment.
Cancellations and returns
You can cancel before printing starts for a full refund of any payment, including a deposit. Once printing starts, personalized orders cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind. This does not affect our handling of defects, incorrect orders, or shipping damage.
A problem with your order?
If we made a mistake, your item is defective, or it arrives damaged, email t2printworks@gmail.com with your order details and photos if available. We’ll review the issue with you and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
